Meet Tina.

Tina R. Hill, FNP-C, is the founding provider of Symphony Wellness and is a board-certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of nursing experience. She has moved away from the conventional medicine approach to pursue her passion for helping patients customize an individual treatment plan to promote health and help prevent disease. Her model of care is to interact with patients collaboratively; she listens and allows patients to discuss their concerns. She is passionate about educating people about health and wellness, and her treatment plans are designed based on the patient’s goals and preferences.
